This rebounding pattern is nothing new for Patton. In an Illinois Appellate court decision reviewed by FOX News Digital, the Court reported that Patton made another arrest six days after being released from prison on December 20, 2007.

The 2007 indictment highlights Patton’s long-term pattern of recidivism, showing that prosecutors say he committed two crimes less than 48 hours after his release from the Graham Correctional Center.

Patton spent much of his adult life behind bars, cycling through the Court County Jail and several prisons in Illinois. Despite his extensive record, prosecutors said, the low dollars in his most recent raids reduced the charges to Class 2 felonies.
With the fame of the treacherous time, Patton could serve almost half of his six-year term before being released. FOX News Digital has reached out to the Chicago Police Department and the 19th Ward for comment.
