The installation raises a 1.5m seed bed to accelerate clean energy production across the country

Clean-Energy Installations Expert Installations has raised £1.5 million in a seed-blocking seed round led by Actions, as the fast-growing London-based company prepares to scale the demand for high-end heat pumps and home energy recovery.
Established to address the biggest dynamic bottleneck in UK cleaning – Non-Compliant Installations – Low Quality Installations – Low Quality Installations The company provides real-time project visibility, compliance oversight and access to multiple vetted partners, enabling partners to deliver large scale return programs at consistent rates.
The new investment will support the country’s expansion and development of its next stage of installation. In 2025, the company started four new regions in the south of England, recording monthly revenue growth of 40%, while installation volumes doubled every two months.
Internet already works with major energy suppliers and retailers including E.on Next, AIRA and Good Energy, as well as contractors, home builders and housing associations.
Founder and Cco William Hoyer Millar said the company is “setting a new standard for clean energy installations”.
“Heat pumps are only as good as the installation behind them, and the long-term unmatched quality holds acceptance. Our technology ensures high performance every time – and provides our partners that complex work will be delivered appropriately, at scale.”
CEO MICHAEL can add that homeowners benefit directly: “Our platform makes installation smooth, warm and efficient. This financial performance allows us to expand nationally and keep building the technology that supports our teams on the ground.”
Verb Ventures Partner Alex Chikunov said the installation represented the infrastructure needed for clean heating in the UK:
“The replacement is not about new technology – it’s about the power performance that delivers thousands of quality installations reliably. The installation resides in that perfect meeting of technology and engineering.”
Non-executive director of the Lord Martin Callanan, former Minister for Energy, described the heat pumps as “important national infrastructure”.
“All heat pump installations reduce Britain’s exposure to volatile global gas markets and strengthen energy efficiency,” he said. “Included, high quality delivery is exactly what the industry needs.”
The investment comes as UK Pump-Pump installations are set to boost – up 56% in the first half of 2025 – ahead of new rules that could add £4.8 billion to GDP and create 80,000 jobs by 2030.
With more than 13 billion in government funds earmarked for repatriation, investment capacity remains a challenge for the sector. Poor quality standards in recent years have damaged consumer confidence, making quality assurance and compliance essential.
The technology-enabled delivery model aims to bridge the gap – Ensuring heat pumps and other clean energy systems are installed quickly, following relevant and scalable capabilities, to support the UK’s transition to a low-carbon, low-carbon home.
