The illegal alien allegedly responsible for the fatal crash that killed California driver’s licenses under Democratic Gov. Gavin Newloom, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
In a statement on Monday, the organization also said that Earthermic, National Rajinder Kumar, who is accused of violence that does not care about killing and danger, was brought into the country and given the job of the Biden administration.

DHS said ICE has placed a detainer on Kumar’s arrest. He is currently being held in the County Jail. The agency said “As Oregon is a sanctuary state, Snow will make every effort necessary to bring Kumar into custody when he should be released from custody.”

ICE also filed an arrest warrant, after he was arrested on three counts of vehicular homicide.
DHS said in August, Ice arrested another criminal illegal alien, PartAp Singh, who allegedly caused a multi-vehicle pileup while driving a commercial truck in California, which left Dalilah Coleman healthy, life-changing.
In October, Ice arrested Jashanpentet Singh, who DHS said killed three people in California while driving a semitruck under the influence.

Regarding the November crash involving Kumar, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia Mclaughlin said, “Our prayers are with the families of William and Jennifer.”

FOX News Digital reached the office of New Newlom, the California Department of Motor Vehicles and former president Joe Bediden for comment but did not receive statements in response immediately.
