‘IT: Welcome to DERRE’ EPISODE 4 ending, explained: Why does that house look familiar?

There are many Easter Eggs and Crossovers inside It: welcome to dery that sometimes it can be tricky to remember where You remember something coming up.
The end of episode 4 is similar to that, giving us one last shot of a familiar looking house.

How does episode 4 end?
Episode 4 gives us an insight into PennyWife’s origin story, with Dick Hallorann (Chris Chalk) drawing on the imagination of a member of the local private tribe, Joshua Odjick) and learning the history of the Monster in Derry he refers to as “Galloo.”
“They found the cave and broke the shards of the ancient star Galloo had arrived,” Taniel says. “A plan was made – not to kill it, but to kneel it. They were to use only the stones that are hollow, to light the sacred fire, to hold the sacred fire. The pillars and keep their locations secret so that the monster trapped inside will never be separated.”
