J. Michael Waller told FOX News Digital that he personally saw that the enemies of America and China and Russia, using low-level diplomats to rely on China for about 25 years went to him and seemed to be interested in the work he was doing.
After talking to her more, Waller realized that she was a spy and reported the woman to the Polish authorities, as she was a government employee at the time. Waller said the Polish government “deported him within days.”
According to his experience, Waller said that the Chinese market “knew about my background that I didn’t have things that weren’t in my formal activities for the event.”

“They exploit the fact that people are lonely or just want to have a good time or, you know, need company or whatever,” another person said. “They are doing what has been done since biblical times. They are using sex as a weapon.”
Earlier this year, the US government banned workers and laborers working in China from having romantic or sexual relationships with Chinese citizens. The policy was initiated by US Ambassador Nicholas Burs, who put the policy in place before leaving his post when President Donald Trump took office in January.
American government employees who violate the policy will be forced to leave China.

Waller said the practice is a form of psychological warfare because it “confuses people’s heads,” adding that China will target experts such as engineers, programmers, local officials or other politicians.
“They will go out with these people for a long time and develop a meaningful emotional relationship, at least find the other side, find an emotional target, to the point of marrying them and having families with them,” she said. “That’s what they’re trained to do.”

The former CIA officer offered a piece of advice to the American people:
“If someone from China who is the best, the hottest people have a lot of interest in you and you are not close to that organization – you are a spy,” said Waller.
