A California man accused of causing an accident that killed four students with pepper spray at a large university on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu will file a complaint after the judge stopped after finding the movement of the murder team in the case.

Fraser Bohm, 24, faces four counts of murder in connection with the crash that left Niamh Rolston, 20, Peyton Stewart, 21, Asha Weir, 21, and Deslyn Williams, 21, in 2023.

Bohm, a day after his 22nd birthday, allegedly got out of his BMW, crashed into a parked red Mazda and kicked up a cloud of smoke and debris. According to court documents, he took care of another parked car, hit a planter, several trash cans and hit a parked car or hay in the kidney system, but he had no drugs or court documents.

“One thing that is indisputable is that this was such a terrible tragedy,” the new celebrity defense attorney, Alan Jackson, told Fox News Digital on Tuesday. “Four lives were lost.”

All of the victims were in their senior year and members of the Alpha Phi Sorority. They were on foot at the time of the accident and were pronounced dead at the scene after responding officers found them between Bomm’s BMM and a parked silver car.

Bohm was arrested for murder, and was later thrown in as investigators dug deeper into the case. They came back with murder charges a week after the accident.

There was no alcohol, drugs, texting or street racing involved in the incident. A case like this is the car killing laws.

“Fraser and his family tore through the victims and their loved ones. At the same time, the California Supreme Court has made it clear that speed alone does not equal murder,” Jackson said.

“There was no alcohol, drugs, texting or street racing involved in this incident. It was determined to be a homicide.”

Prosecutors say he was driving at 104 mph in a 45 mph zone known locally as “dead man’s curve.”

In court, Jackson argued that the prosecution’s case is not enough to justify the “evil crimes” observed “by the prosecutors to prove that he may have been dangerous and did not abandon the danger.

The prosecutors, in the first hearing of Bohm, allegedly deliberately introduced in a way known to be dangerous, committed a murderous mistake.

Bohm, who is from the area, allegedly told police that he knew the road “by the back of his hand” and saw “speed killing” after two of the two died. According to the prosecutors, he should have known immediately in this place that he could put lives in danger.

Victor Calandra, the driver of the Blue GMC Pickup, reportedly saw the BMW’s Bmw accidentally swim before the accident. This defense, however, says that BoHm was trying to get away from Calandra, who has a history of being suspected in other road rage incidents, and that his testimony was contradicted by another Witness.
