Republican and Democratic Senators criticized the Pentagon’s communications

The senior Republican points to the Pentagon’s announcement last week that it will stop the deployment of the infantry fighting group in Romania, contradicting it in a surprise appearance with the words of President Trump of the US forces.

Wicker added that members struggled to get information from the Pentagon’s policy office and were unable to consult with it “in a meaningful way.”
