The orange day pass is only $1 right now on black friday

SLING TV offers many ways to stream cable channels without committing to a month of service, and on Black Friday it offers new ones at a healthy discount. You can get only $1 on November 30, and get access to 34 channels, including ESPN, eSPN 2 and ESPN 3.

Besides ESPN, the Sling Orange Day pass includes access to TNT and TBS, making it a solid option if you’re trying to watch NBA, NFL or college sports. The pass includes children’s channels such as the Disney Channel and Nick Jr., CNN for news and HGTV and the Food Network for heavy-duty entertainment. SLING TV chose Engedget’s for a reason: You can add on additional premium channels when you buy the pass, and their price will be deducted for whatever length you choose. That way even if a dollar doesn’t get you all the channels you need, you don’t have to pay that much to get them.

It’s good to understand, while this promotion runs thanks to the US, the orange sling subscription will not get you access to the football games organized by that channel. To watch those, you’ll need at least a Blue Sky subscription, which includes FS1 and NFL Network, but isn’t available as a day pass. A blue green subscription currently starts at $46 per month.

Still, for your $1, which is around $4 off the regular Sling TV price, you’re getting a deal. Loads of favorite channels, access to Sling TV’s DVR feature, and the ability to use your subscription from your smartphone, tablet, web or TV. Plus, the SLING TV interface is easy to navigate, which is what you want if you’re likely to subscribe to a single show or show in mind.
